A long drive down the length of one of England's most beautiful areas. The roads can be narrow and busy during peak holiday times so plan wisely. Definitely a drive everyone should do whilst in the area to see views of Helvelyn, Windermere and lovely Ambleside. A drive that's more about the scenery than threading your car through the bends.
